My name is Melissa Lowery. I am an Equity and Liberation Strategist and the founder of Love Liberation Forward.
My work centers on helping organizations move from disconnection to belonging by building cultures that are equitable, relational, and grounded in the dignity of every person. I partner with leaders to design transparent, forward-thinking frameworks and strategic plans that address workplace loneliness, strengthen inclusive practices, and create environments where people feel seen, valued, and able to thrive.
Through dialogue, workshops, and community-based engagement, I support organizations and individuals in doing the deeper work of transformation, shifting from performative inclusion to meaningful, sustained belonging.
